The African Yoga Box "Special" late December Box

There are also other goodies related to the topic / pose  fit that is being discussed. There are monthly goodies made from fabrics that are manufactured or sourced on the African continent. Items by other black / African artisans / designers will also be offered for sale in the coming months. The African Yoga Box gives an insight into the broad field of Kemetic Yoga. Every month there will also be a video on my YouTube channel where I demonstrate the stance and talk about it.
